iFob® Test – National Program “We Prevent”
The iFob® test, distributed exclusively by DyonMed, is an extremely sensitive and reliable product with a high level of accuracy for the detection of human hemoglobin in stool samples, i.e. occult blood.
Thanks to its high sensitivity, it significantly reduces the risk of false-negative results, ensuring that customers receive the most reliable product on the market, avoiding misdiagnoses.
DyonMed is the only Point of Care Testing company with exclusive use of this term and with active participation in the National Program “Prevent” for the early detection of colon cancer in Greece.
First in the IDIKA system (Greece) since July.
The only one with an approved cut-off of 40, to avoid false-negative results.
Included in the national program “Prevent”, with electronic registration and monitoring of results.
The “Prevent” program includes:
All people with AMKA 50–69 years old. Free distribution by the state.
Placement of the DyonMed iFob product at the pharmacy counter (compensation €8). Registration of the positive/negative result (compensation €3). For each positive result, the cleaning preparation (OTC) and related products are also compensated.

Placing an identification sticker to distinguish the pharmacy.
Placing a stand near the cash register as a visible point of visual identification. Registering the pharmacy in the DyonMed Prevention Pharmacies network and
involving it in promotional campaigns on social networks.
Informing and registering the pharmacy in the Panhellenic Colon Cancer Association Prevention Pharmacies network.
Selection by the pharmacist of at least two associates for training by
DyonMed and their certification in Point of Care Selftesting.
